We place crosses around our community the week before Memorial Day to commemorate their sacrifice. Each cross provides biographical information about the service member as well as what war or conflict they died in. Pathways Hygiene Closet

The Pathway Center Coweta PERR and Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) Day program hygiene closet allow clients access grooming and hygiene products. Over 175 clients benefit from this program. By allowing clients easy access to these products, staff are able to help clients perform their daily grooming and hygiene, which has been linked to improved mental health. Many clients do not have easy access to transportation and are on a fixed budget, so by providing hygiene products at group it alleviates stress of trying to find a way to purchase these items on their own. This grant would help to fill and sustain the closet to allow this project to continue. Volunteers would stock and organize the closet with hygiene items purchased from the funds received for this grant. Rotary volunteers will also arrange prepackaged hygiene bags to hand out to other Clients of the Coweta County Mental Health Clinic.
